InFocus Test Prep User Agreement
By purchasing a product from InFocusTestPrep, you are purchasing a license to use InFocusTestPrep proprietary software and online exams. This license is granted to you only and as such does not permit you to sell, lend, share, assign, lease or transfer in any other way any copy of the software. You also may not sell, lend, share, assign, lease or transfer in any other way any remaining or unused time on any online exam.
All content included in or made available through any InFocusTestPrep service or software, including but not limited to online exams, software, materials, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of InFocusTestPrep or its partners and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content included in or made available through any InFocusTestPrep service is the exclusive property of InFocusTestPrep and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
By agreeing to these terms you agree:
To use InFocusTestPrep materials exclusively for your own personal use.
Not to redistribute, broadcast, publicly perform or publicly display or transfer any copies of the Study Materials in whole or in part, with or without credit or express reference to InFocusTestPrep or Nancy Klein.
Not to post any InFocusTestPrep materials on social media in any form.
Not to make physical or digital copies of InFocusTestPrep materials for the purpose of sharing, transferring, selling, re-selling, or giving them to other individuals or entities.
Not to sell, re-sell, or otherwise assign your license to use InFocusTestPrep materials to any other individual or entity.
Not to make modifications in the Study Materials for the purpose or with the intention of redistributing the Study Materials, as modified, as prohibited above.
Not to alter or remove any intellectual property, watermarks, copyright, or trademark notices on or provided by InFocusTestPrep for any purpose.
You acknowledge that under the terms of this User Agreement you will have access to certain confidential information and materials.
Except as expressly permitted or required by law, you will not use or in any way disclose to any third party any confidential information shared with you by InFocus Test Prep without written consent in advance from InFocus Test Prep. You are also expected to take reasonable precautions to protect the confidentiality of such information and avoid its inadvertent disclosure.
You agree that any violation of these provisions will cause InFocus Test Prep irreparable harm that cannot be cured by money damages, and further agree that breach of this User Agreement is subject to all legal remedies including but not limited to injunctive relief. Any violation of these provisions may result in termination of your license at the sole discretion of InFocus Test Prep, with no refund of the licensing fee paid, in addition to other legal remedies available, including under federal copyright law.
Refunds, exchanges, cancellations.
All sales of online mock exams are final. There are no refunds for any portion of your purchase of online mock exams. You have one year from the time of purchase to use the exams you have purchased. After one year, your license expires, and whether you have taken the online mock exams you have purchased or not, you will have to repurchase.
Class registration fees (e.g., in-person mock exam) may be transferred to a future class date within six months if for any reason the registrant cannot attend. You may cancel your registration for a class up to 48 hours in advance. If you do not cancel and do not attend, there is no refund or transfer.
