California Clinical Exam (CCE) prep for Therapists (AMFTs)

California Clinical Exam (CCE) prep for Therapists (AMFTs)

WEEKEND
ZOOM!

Clear, concise lectures that match the categories for the exam:  Clinical Evaluation, Treatment, DSM-5, Crisis, Case Conceptualization, and Law/Ethics.
You will learn the material without having to memorize or make a million flashcards. I remind you throughout how to simplify and streamline the knowledge acquisition process so that you are not intimidated or overwhelmed.
Each unit is followed by a practice vignette after each subject so that you learn how to bridge the terms to how the vignettes and answer choices are written. When you then start taking your mocks, you already have all the skills and none of the confusion or ambiguity!

A Note From Nancy

You are in the right place at the right time to pass your exam!

Mock exams you can purchase cafeteria-style.

In-person group mock exams and informal roundtables.

Do what suits your learning style and timing.

If you already feel that you know the material, purchase a mock exam or a bundle to practice your test-taking skills.

The passing score on the real exam is 67%.

There are 150 questions, 25 don’t count.

You must get 84 (or so) correct to get that 67%.

I typically tell my clients to be safely above a 70% so that you only take the exam once.

If you don’t like your scores or are feeling anxious about anything related to this process, tutoring can always fill in the gaps!
